BOONE, Iowa---Boone police Chief Bill Skare says the department is looking for the driver of an early to mid-90's model, black Nissan pickup. Skare says the vehicle was involved with an apparent hit and run accident at Boone High School Thursday morning. The driver was described as a white male, early 30's, muscular build, short dark hair and a goatee. Skare says the was in good condition, but may have some damage to the driver's side bumper. A Boone High School student was injured in the accident.
