May 3, 2010 BOONE, Iowa---Boone City Administrator will give the City Council an update on the special election that will be required to fill the 4th Ward vacancy on the Council. It now appears that the earliest days available for the special election will be in July. Luke Nelson is expected to make a recommendation for the Council during their Monday meeting.
