BOONE, Iowa---The Boone County Board of Supervisors have held their first meeting of the new fiscal year. The Board holds two-such meetings each year, one for organizational purposed after the first of the calendar year and the second at the beginning of the fiscal year. The Thursday meeting did include approval of the appropriations for the new fiscal year and also salaries and wages for the new fiscal year. Several appointments were also confirmed.
