Ogden Storm Sewer Nears Completion

OGDEN, Iowa---Ogden residents will begin seeing finishing work on their $1.2 million storm sewer project that is expected to divert storm water away from the city's sanitary sewer system. The project like many across the state, mandated by the Iowa DNR to keep overflow volumes from reaching the Ogden treatment plant. City Administrator Donovan Olson says the work is substantially complete, meaning the pipe is in the ground. over the next couple of weeks, finishing work and seeding will be done.
