May 6, 2010 MADRID, Iowa---The Iowa Arboretum is hosting a major weekend with the annual "Green Tie Affair" Friday and the annual Spring Plant Sale Saturday. Sara Kobilka, Executive Director at the Arboretum says the "Green Tie Affair" Friday will feature and early plant sale, silent auction, hors d'oeuvres and wine. A live auction will wrap up the evening. Kobilka has been the Executive Director since late February. More information is available at www.IowaArboretum.org
