BOONE, Iowa---A second Visioning Meeting will be held in Boone, Monday evening at 6:30 at the Boone City Hall Auditorium. Richard Baker, Executive Director of the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce has been working with the Iowa Great Places Program to put together a Visioning Plan for Boone. In late August, the first meeting was held. It led to the creation of a vision statement. Baker says anyone that missed the first meeting and still wants to participate is welcome to attend.
