BOONE, Iowa---Boone County Supervisors met with Department Heads Wednesday to talk about possible changes that could be made in computer applications. The County has operated a main frame system serviced by Solutions, Inc. Over the past couple of years, technology advancements have been made using PCs and networks. The Board has asked Department Heads and their IT Committee to consider the future needs of the county and determine if cost savings are available by making changes in their technology.
