BOONE, Iowa---Youth and Shelter Services after school program has been growing in popularity and the need for the program is expected to continue. Laura Teske is Coordinator for the YSS After School Program and says now is a good time for parents to start checking out how the program can help them. Teske says the summer programs have been successful and growth is expected to continue during the school year. YSS offers the program in five school districts including Boone. Information on the program is available at the YSS website.
