RAGBRAI Mural Done

BOONE, Iowa---Volunteers working on a mural in downtown Boone have completed their project. Meagan Yoder and Jonny Hodges headed the effort. Yoder teaches are at Woodward-Granger and Hodges was one of her students. Numerous people donated time, supplies and equipment to the mural project. The wall on the south side of the building at 807 Story Street was left exposed following the demolition of fire damaged buildings last summer. City officials have indicated the wall needs to be weather proofed to preserve the building.
