BOONE, Iowa---The numbers will remain unchanged, but the formal public hearing has been changed. Boone County Auditor Phil Meier says the Supervisors have rescheduled the public hearing for the 2012 Fiscal Year Budget to Monday, March 14th at 9:00 AM in the Board Room at the Boone County Courthouse. Originally the hearing was scheduled for March 9th, but due to a publication error, the Supervisors felt obligated to reschedule the hearing. The budget needs to be adopted and submitted by March 15th.
