BOONE, Iowa---The 2010 Boone County Relay for Life kicks off Friday evening at 6:00 at Goeppinger Field in Boone, Iowa. Hundreds are expected to participate in the annual fund raiser for the American Cancer Society. Some of the highlights include the lighting of luminaries and a release of lighted balloons at dusk. The forecast does call for rain and thunderstorms to redevelope by early Saturday.
