BOONE, Iowa---Plans did call for closing Story Street at the intersection with 6th Street as part of the on going sanitary sewer rehabilitation Monday morning, but heavy weekend rains pushed that up a couple of days. City officials closed the street Saturday morning. City Administrator Luke Nelson says with luck and cooperation from Mother Nature, they hope to have the work completed in 7 working days.
