BOONE, Iowa---The attorney for Jessica Hill is seeking a change of venue for the woman accused of helping to plan the murder of her husband in 2007. Hill was convicted of second degree murder during a trial held in Pottawattamie County. Earlier this year, the Iowa Court of Appeals ordered a new trial for Hill because some of the testimony was ruled inadmissible. Boone County District Court Judge Steve Oeth hopes to hand down a ruling within a week.
