BOONE, Iowa---The Boone City Council's Economic Development Committee did meet this week and talked about amending the development agreement with Technochem, located north of the industrial park east of Boone. The amended development agreement was discussed to see if the City could assist in someone the business hit hard by the current economy. City Consultant Darrel Rensink will work with the Technochem on an amended agreement and will present the material to the Council for final approval.
