BOONE, Iowa---Residents in Boone and Boone County that are customers of Alliant Energy can still purchase landscape trees as part of the Operation ReLeaf Program. Andy Hockenson, Conservation Director says the program has proven successful in the past. Those that qualify can purchase up to two trees for $25 each. Trees will be available to be picked up at Don Williams on October 6th. Additional information on the program is available here.
