Trick or Treating and Beggar's Night

BOONE, Iowa---Boone and Ogden residents will have Trick and Treaters visiting their homes on Monday, Halloween and Madrid will have Beggar's Night on Sunday due to a home football playoff game. Madrid residents are also encouraged to bring their children to the Madrid Home and the Cedars for Beggar's Night. In Ogden, residents can also participate in Trunk or Treat in downtown Ogden. As always, if you wish to have children visit your home, leave on the outside light. With mild weather conditions, law enforcement is also encouraging motorists to be aware of the extra pedestrian traffic.
