Supervisors Delay Consultant Contract

BOONE, Iowa---Boone County Department Heads held off on recommending the Supervisors enter into a contract with McGladrey Inc. to conduct an independent assessment of the counties technology and what kind of direction the IT Department needs in the future. The Supervisors have been interested in getting an independent overview of the efforts to provide services to the public. The Department Heads are interested in visiting with other qualified consultants before making recommendation.
