BOONE, IA - With the first home football game tonight, the Boone Booster Club is hoping to increase its membership. The Booster Club helps to fund athletics, drama and fine arts in the Boone High School throughout the year. Dues are $20 per year. However, to help pump up the membership effort, the first 70 who sign up at the August 26 game will only need to write a check for $10 as Boone Hardware will provide matching funds.
