BOONE, Iowa---Candidates planning on submitting petitions for the upcoming school board elections need to submit petitions by Thursday with the respective school board secretaries. Petitions will then be turned over to the County Auditor's Office Friday and we will know the names of those running for 4-year terms on their school boards. In Boone, two of three candidates planned to file, the same was expected in Ogden. School Board elections will be held September 13th.
