BOONE, Iowa---The Boone City Council will consider the implementation of an amendment to city code that will allow the Pufferbilly Days Steering Committee to establish street closings for the annual celebration. This will mark the return of the celebration to downtown Boone after three years at the Boone County Fair Grounds. Many of the anticipated closings will be similar to those of four years ago. Pufferbilly Days will be held September 8th through the 11th.
