OGDEN, Iowa---The Ogden School Board will hold a special meeting Tuesday morning. The Board will address a couple of business matters and will also discuss the vacancy created on the Board with the recent passing of Stan Friesen. Usually when a vacancy occurs and appointment is made to fill the unexpired term. Friesen had two years left on his current term. Some wonder if the position can be filled from the candidates for the September School Board Election. The Ogden District has a field of 7-candidates for 3-positions.
