BOONE, Iowa---Operation ReLeaf, a residential tree planting program, will wrap up in Boone County Thursday. The program involves Alliant Utilities, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the Boone County Conservation Commission. Landscape trees have been made available at greatly reduced prices. Trees are being delivered to the Don Williams Recreational Area on Thursday and those that have purchased trees need to pick them up Thursday evening near the boat ramp and bait house at Don Williams.
