BOONE, Iowa---Boone County Sheriff Ron Fehr says deputies have taken a 22-year old Boone man into custody on a warrant for Theft in the 2nd Degree and 4th Degree Criminal Mischief. Spencer M. Sisco was charged as a result of the investigation into the theft and vandalism of lighting on the High Trestle Trail Bridge west of Madrid. Andy Hockenson, Boone County Conservation Director had said that 13 light fixtures were taken or damaged at a cost of $410 a piece.
