BOONE, Iowa---Just as many are recovering from the street closings associated with the overnight stay by thousands of RAGBRAI participants, the City Council will give consideration Monday to the street closures for Pufferbilly Days, just over a month away. Pufferbilly Days is returning to downtown Boone after a three year run at the Boone County Fairgrounds. Pufferbilly Days will be held September 8th through the 11th.
