BOONE, Iowa---20 different agencies and organizations benefit from this year's Boone County Community Endowment Grant awards. Chip Baltimore serves as the Chair of the county wide group that awarded more than $105,000. Baltimore says the grants will combine with other matching funds of nearly $624,000 for projects impacting Boone County residents. This marks the 5th year grant awards have been handed out. More than 30-applications had been received, seeking more than $200,000.
