BOONE, Iowa---Watch for brightly colored people walking around Boone County Saturday. Volunteers are taking part in the first "Keep Boone County Scenic" litter pickup campaign. Hundreds of people have signed up to go for a walk and pickup litter. Volunteers are then expected to get the litter back to a dumpster in the 9th Street parking lot in downtown Boone. Eventually, the dumpster will be weighed and we'll find out just how much litters been removed.
