AgReliant Rezoning Expected In July

BOONE, Iowa---The proposed development of a seed corn production, conditioning and distribution facility in Boone County will move forward next month.  The Boone County Supervisors have scheduled public hearings on rezoning request during their regular meetings July 11th, 18th and 25th.  AgReliant, the company planning the facility west of Ogden on US Highway 30, wants to move ahead with the project in July.  Boone County and Boone's Future have been working to facility some development incentives.  AgReliant had considered a location in Dallas County before the decision to locate in Boone County.
