PILOT MOUND, Iowa---Boone County Sheriff Ron Fehr says the Central Iowa Drug Task Force and the Boone County SRT executed a search warrant about 4:30 AM Tuesday on property near 140th and I Avenue near Pilot Mound. Fehr described the area as very remote with a trailer home that had no electricity. The search did result in the arrest of 36-year old Jerrad J. Fisher of Perry. Fisher is charged with a Tax Stamp Violation and manufacturing marijuana. Marijuana plants were seized from outside and inside the home. The investigation is continuing.
