Good Trust Commits to Wellness Center

OGDEN, Iowa---Ogden City Administrator Donovan Olson says the Leonard Good Trust has committed $500,000 toward a planned Wellness Center that would be constructed in downtown Ogden.  The Wellness Center is the culmination of efforts to demolish a couple of dangerous buildings and develop the property into a usable facility.  Ogden has been working with representatives of the Boone County Hospital on a long term lease to use the proposed building.  Olson says work still needs to be done to secure additional funding for the project, currently estimated at $850,000.
