BOONE, Iowa---The Boone County Conservation Board formally accepted an agreement with Harold Grant of Madrid who owns property near the High Trestle Trail along QF Lane. The amount of traffic and the congestion created by parking problems have been occurring since the trail open. The spot is popular, because people will drive to the QF Lane, park there and walk to the Trail Bridge. Boone County Supervisors have taken steps to deal with parking on the road and other problems. It's hoped that developing a parking lot will provide some necessary relief.
