OGDEN, Iowa---A request to rezone over 70-acres west of Ogden on the south side of US Highway 30 has not drawn much criticism. Sandra Monck, Boone County Planning and Development Director says everything seems to be pointing to a positive recommendation for the County Zoning Commission to the Boone County Supervisors. AgReliant Genetics has selected Boone County as the site for it's new seed corn production, conditioning and distribution facility. Following Monday's meeting, the Zoning Commission will make a formal recommendation to the Supervisors.
