4-H Horse Project Receives Donation

BOONE, Iowa---The Boone County 4-H Horse Committee recently past along a donation from Horsemen of Iowa for the Boone County 4-H Horse Project.  The Project was established to purchase box stalls for use at the Boone County Fair Grounds.  The stalls, which are portable, cost about a thousand dollars apiece and the Project has been collecting donations for a couple of years.  Travis Jacobs, a member of the Boone County 4-H Horse Committee presented Natalie Hedlund with a $2,000 check from the Horsemen of Iowa.
