BOONE, Iowa---The Boone County Board of Supervisors will give their first consideration on rezoning request for property in Beaver Township, west of Ogden. Agreliant Genetics would like to construct a seed processing facility at that location. The Boone County Plan and Zoning Commission recommendation to the Board is to proceed with the rezoning. The facility would be located just off US Highway 30 right west of Ogden. Agreliant Genetics has already constructed a research facility at the southwest corner of the junction of Highways 30 and 17, near the Central Iowa Expo site.
