BOONE, Iowa---The Boone County Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider a variance Thursday, allowing AgReliant to exceed building height restrictions for a proposed project west of Ogden. AgReliant is current have the property rezoned to an A-2 designation which is Ag Business. The height restrict for A-2 is 45 feet, but AgReliant reports that at least four structures planned for the project will exceed that limit. The Zoning Board of Adjustment also has a request for a variance for a side yard set back. Both will be addressed when the Board of Adjustment meets at 5:30 PM Thursday.
