Dog Park Proposal Offered To Park Commission

BOONE, Iowa---The topic has come up before, but little has been done to follow through a the creation of a dog park with the Boone City Park system.  This week, the Park Commission was approached by Bill and Donna Greenley to see if there might be a interest by the Commission to allow them and friends to move forward with a possible project.  The Greenleys told the Park Commission they had help establish a dog park in Ottumwa.  The Park Commission was not asked to take any action on the Greenley proposal, but did encourage them to continue working on a project.
