School Board to Consider Formal Plan Approval

Boone, Iowa---The Boone School Board went through most of the information last week and have indicated they will take formal action to approve a plan for renovation of the high school Tuesday evening.  The plan does call for keeping the swimming pool but eliminating more than a million dollars worth of renovation in the 1955 addition to the high school.  The revised plan will meet the District's proposed budget of just under $21-million.  Superintendent Brad Manard says the plan does not include equipment and fixtures.  The Board meets at the High School Board Room Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
