BOONE, Iowa---The United School Board and the United Faculty bargaining unit are among the first to settle their contract negotiations. The United School Board approved a settlement that results in a salary increase of just over 3% which also is a total package increase of just over 3%. The United Board and Unifac were able to settle their contract in less than a month.
